Our Service Department is here for you. Techwizz offers both on-site and remote support for your hardware and software. Our staff of factory trained engineers provide some of the fastest response times in the industry and can be on-site within 24-48 hours of your call.Â
Often, repairs can be completed remotely through our phone support or via a dial-in diagnostic/repair. We pride ourselves on providing economical and dependable solutions to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Keep your CTP performing in top condition by regularly scheduling a preventative maintenance service call.
At Techwizz, we recommend at least one PM be performed per year (two per year for high-volume facilities). Our engineers carefully inspect, clean and where applicable, replace filters. Preventative maintenance minimizes downtime and can prevent possible costly repairs down the road.
We offer customized, affordable PM plans to best fit your needs. All filter replacements are included in your PM plan, performed on-site by our highly trained technicians.
LASER HEAD REPAIR
We know it is important to protect your investment and to keep down time to a minimum. Whether you are in need of laser head repair or an exchange, Techwizz has your back.
